You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong or incorrect item
- The product is expired or not in usable condition
Conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proper proof (images/video) is required
📌 2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food and health products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

To initiate a return:

- Share your order details and issue
- Provide images or videos as proof
- Our team will review and approve the request
- Instructions will be shared for return or replacement

- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI

- Replacement will be shipped at no extra cost after approval
- Delivery time for replacement may vary

- Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
